I woke up this morning to go to the gym and it was snowing, isn’t it supposed to be spring. This is what my wind shield looked like at 6:15 this morning.
I made to the gym and ran an easy 4 miles on the treadmill. I basically ran at 6.2 (9:41mile) with a sprint at the end at 8.0 (7:30 mile). I always try to sprint at the end of my runs to prepare myself for when I see the finish line at the end of the race. I finished with 0.25 mile cool down.
Apparently when it snows in the spring people forget how to drive, a normal 10 minute ride home from the gym turned into a 20 minutes. The only consolation is that the snow is not sticking and is quickly turning over to rain here on Long Island.
