I am a big fan of bags and of US Weekly. I love their section on what’s in your bag, maybe I’m just nosy but I love seeing all the different bags stars carry and I love knowing what’s inside of them. This column has inspired me to do a weekly series “What’s In Your Gym Bag” featuring a different blogger each week starting with me!!
So here is what’s in my gym bag:
- ionic knee band (too small for my knee I use it for my shin)
- yogitoes and yogihands for when I don’t have a mat for yoga
- weight lifting gloves
- running gloves
- Exercise TV workout towel
- Bondi Bands (notice the custom Run, Love, Live Bondi Band
- Other head bands, a Survivor Buff
- Self workout cards
- protein shots
- Curves measuring tape
- Arctic Ease
- exercise band
- Peppermint oil (aromatherapy oil)
- Hand cream
- Antibacterial hand gel
- cleansing and makeup remover towelettes
- portable toothbrush with flosser
- lip balm
- nail kit
As you can see I carry a lot of stuff in my gym bag. I sometimes carry my iPod shuffle in my iFitness bag and my Garmin, but I usually take my iPad to the gym because not only can I listen to music, I can read magazines, books and blogs on it too.
I occasionally carry a random magazine or book but for the most part everything above is what I keep in my gym bag….isn’t that enough!
