It is a dark and dreary day, I’m getting a migraine and the chances of getting outside for a run today are looking bleak. I completed the Supreme 90 Day Ultimate Ball workout this morning and my abs are burning. This workout includes planks with your feet up on the ball which will definitely help me toward my goal for the #Fitblog Planks Challenge. I also pedaled on the recumbent bike for 45 minutes this afternoon just in case the weather does not permit an outdoor run with Chris later.
