Last week I resumed the Supreme 90 Day workouts without restriction so I am picking up where I left off which makes last week, week number four. This also means I am about a quarter of the way through the program so I decided to take new pics and check my measurements to see the progress I have made thus far.
- Monday: Total Body DVD, 2 mile run
- Tuesday: Core Dynamics
- Wednesday: Cardio Challenge, 2 mile run
- Thursday: Rest
- Friday: Total Body
- Saturday: Core Dynamics
- Sunday: Rest (missed Cardio Challenge due to Angelica’s Graduation Party)
This week I plan to add in 2 days of Yoga and 3 days of running.
Day 28 Progress Report:
