After a weekend of overindulgence and slacking off on exercise I am feeling blah. I had a super busy weekend at work, so between that and Father’s Day I was feeling less than inspired to exercise and eat healthy. So today I woke up tired and cranky with a ton of paperwork left to do from the weekend, but I got off my butt and decided to rollerblade with the jogging stroller to burn some calories.
- Monday: Legs, Run (2.86 miles)
- Tuesday: Cardio Challenge
- Wednesday: Back/Bi’s, Run (3 miles)
- Thursday: Ultimate Ball, Yoga, Run (3 miles)
- Friday: Tabata Inferno, Recumbent Bike 30 minutes
- Saturday: Rest (missed Chest/Shoulders/Tri’s)
- Sunday: Rest (Father’s Day)
Not a terrible week but I only practiced yoga once and I missed 1 day of Supreme 90 Day. I just have to go with the flow and start fresh this week. My plans are to do the Supreme 90 Day workouts as scheduled, practice yoga 2x, rollerblade 3-4 times and as soon as I get my orthotics back I will run (I had to send them back because there was a spot I was getting blisters on both feet).
Sunday I worked all day again. For a late lunch we barbecued then for dinner we hit the diner for french fries with gravy and BLT’s. Not healthy at all, but it is a new week so I choose the move on rather than dwell on the past.
Here’s to a healthy week!!!
I had the pleasure of interviewing the creators of The Supreme 90 Day Workout System so check out my blog this week for that post and a giveaway to go with it!!!
How do you maintain your healthy eating habits over the weekends and holidays? Do you include a cheat meal or a cheat day in your week?
