Is there such thing as effortless exercise? I have my doubts, without effort I don’t believe you can see results. When you walk on a treadmill at 3.0 mph, reading a book and barely breaking a sweat, is this really working out? I think not. On the other hand would you wear acalorie burning shaper under your work clothes that may actually help you burn extra calories during the day, why not?
This is where ShaToBu comes in, it is the workout you wear. I don’t believe in effortless exercise but I am returning to work full time and any boost in calorie burn I can get while working all day, sounds like a plus to me! ShaToBu is a shapewear garment that is meant to be worn under your clothing all day, it helps to provide a sleeker silhouette while burning up to 12% more calories during your daily activities like walking and climbing stairs.
I received a sample of ShaToBu’s waist to knee calorie burning shaper in Buff to try out for myself. I have worn many shapers and I’d have to say they were all less than comfortable, I kind of felt like a stuffed sausage at times, but with ShaToBu I was completely comfortable. I find it extremely annoying when I wear a shaper and the waist rolls down and the legs roll up but this shaper features non-binding, stay in place waist and leg bands which helps to prevent rolling and it actually works.
I feel cool and comfortable every time I wear the shaper, it helped me look better and in the process hopefully helped me to burn a few extra calories.
I will be wearing ShaToBu under my nursing scrubs everyday for an extra calorie burn, but I don’t believe that it can take the place of formal exercise. I feel that every little bit helps, so if you can wear this shape wear under your clothes on a daily basis it can’t hurt, not only will you look better in your clothes but you may get an extra calorie boost to boot.
Disclaimer: I received a sample of ShaToBu at no cost. I received no other compensation to review this product. This review is 100% my own opinion.
