The Planks Challenge is over, but starting today there is a new challenge from #Fitblog Chats to help sculpt your abs for the summer. This challenge will run from July 1st until August 5th which means participants will be averaging about 100 abdominal exercises per day. I love challenges, they help to keep me motivated and motivate me to push myself to accomplish tasks I may not even have considered doing on my own, like holding a 3 minute plank.
This challenge is open to anyone and everyone, I encourage to join in on the fun, you won’t regret it.
