Even the best laid plans can unravel without warning and this is exactly what happened to me last week. I had high hopes of keeping up with my exercise plan while starting back at work full-time and guess what, it just didn’t happen. I was too tired and then when the weekend rolled around I was so excited to have off I just wanted to spend time with family and friends hanging out. With the exception of my 10 mile rollerblading excursion to the beach there wasn’t a whole lot of exercise going on, unless of course you consider lifting food and beer into my mouth is considered exercise.
All joking aside I really need to figure out a way to balance it all and I will…eventually. Here is my exercise recap from last week:
