We are halfway through August and it has been a particularly lazy month for me. Between starting a new job and hanging out with family and friends my exercise plans were moved to the back burner. Unfortunately the less I exercise the less motivation I have to exercise, this is an unfortunate side effect I think most of us experience every once in awhile. I am hoping my trip the The Healthy Living Summit will boost my motivation and help me get back on track, especially since I have to run a half-marathon in 2 weeks and my training has been less than stellar.
I am leaving on Thursday for Philly and will stay until Saturday night, unfortunately when I first found out about The Healthy Living Summit I was working weekends and had been scheduled to work Sunday so I won’t be able to attend the unofficial 5K and brunch, but I am happy I will be there for most of the weekend. I can’t wait to meet all my fellow bloggers that I have connected with via my blog, Facebook and twitter. I am also hoping to meet Tina from Carrots’N’Cake and maybe get her to sign my Carrots’N’Cake book.
So I may or may not have a blog post on Friday because I will be hanging out in Philly but I will have a Healthy Living Summit recap for you all to read next week.
