It has just been one of those weeks. I don’t know if it is post race blues or the fact that I felt crappy on Monday and was down with a migraine on Tuesday but my motivation to do anything this week is null. I have not worked out since the race on Saturday and right now I have no desire to workout but I plan to force myself to do some Yoga Bootcamp after work today. I also need to update my race page and about me page on the blog…..I plan on working on this over the weekend.
Where do you find motivation to do something when you don’t have any? Sometimes when I need a push I tweet about it or post on my Facebook page and I always find someone to give me a push, but what happens when even these things don’t help? I guess I need to look inside myself for some inner motivation to push me in the right direction. A few weeks back I set some goals for the next few months and if I want to get anywhere near accomplishing them I better get motivated…quickly!
