As Christmas approaches I feel more time crunched and less motivated to work out because of the 1000 of other things I need to get done, with that said I made a goal of earning 30 #HBBC points this week to keep myself on track. I managed to earn 28.25 #HBBC points this week, although I didn’t actually meet my goal I was close enough!!

- 12/12: Running 2 miles (2), BBL high and tight 35 min (1.75), veggies (1)
- 12/13: Tummy tuck (1), Recumbent bike 12 miles (4), veggies (1)
- 12/14: BBL Bum Bum 30 min (1.5), Recumbent bike 9 miles (3), veggies (1)
- 12/15: Recumbent bike 12 miles (4), veggies (1)
- 12/16: Recumbent bike 12 miles (4), veggies (1)
- Total: 28.25 points
Unfortunately due to my shin splints I wasn’t able to run this week but I earned my points by crosstraining with the recumbent bike. Without this challenge I probably would’ve been depressed about not being able to run and would have just sat on my butt doing nothing, especially with the busyness of the holidays. This week is going to be rough with Christmas right around the corner but I will again aim for 30 #HBBC points. My shin is finally feeling better and I was supposed to run a 5K today but couldn’t because Abby was too sick to leave with a sitter. Hopefully I can find a 5K to run next week!

Nice job on your points! Sorry about your shins, glad they are feeling better. I am also having overuse issues so am taking a week off from running EEK! My goal this week is to hit 30 HBBC points with gym classes and the bike. I hope you are able to find a 5k!
