A life of leisure without structure is not for me…..when I have an unstructured week I pretty much turn into a vegetable. I actually accomplish more when I am working than when I am off for extended periods of time, structure suits me. I did workout. I did not stick to my diet plan. I did not work on my blog. I did not complete all my household chores.
The “did nots” won. I would love to say I accomplished everything that needed to be done while I was off all week but instead I pretty much procrastinated and hung out with my family. Next time I am off for a week I plan to make a schedule and a to do list so I can accomplish everything I need to get done!
2/20-2/26 Exercise Recap:
I never have a problem with working out because I love the way it makes me feel!!!! This week was so beautiful that I was able to get outside and rollerblade which I loved because it is my second favorite outdoor exercise…….running of course is first but I still have a few more weeks before I can run again. I also joined Fit2Flex’s 4 week challenge which will consist of 2 exercises, 50 reps, 5 days per week. As you can see from my exercise log this week the challenge included push-ups (which I did from my knees) and hanging leg raises, my muscles are sore but I did complete the challenge!!! Overall it was a great week for working out!!!!

This week I am back to work and structure. I have all my meals planned out and ready to go!!!! My workouts will be focused on more strength this week and spinning when my bike arrives on Wednesday!!!
As far as my weight goes this week I remain at 134 🙁 I am just happy I didn’t gain any weight so here’s to a new week!!!
