Week 2 of the Best Body Bootcamp was a little e rougher because mid week I wasn’t feeling myself, I felt headachy and nauseous so I took a much needed rest day on Thursday which enabled me to completed the rest of the workouts on Friday and Saturday. I completed all the workouts as planned but nothing extra which is fine especially considering how I was feeling this week.

I did every workout as planned but nothing extra. I had 2 goals this week: 1 being to eat breakfast everyday and the 2nd being to drink 70 oz water daily-both of which I met! This coming week my 2 goals are no alcohol and 5 servings of veggies each day, I am confident I can complete both of theses goals!
