I loved the workouts for week 5 and completed most of them with the exception of workout D because I just ran out of days. My friend Crystal and I took a kickboxing class last Tuesday which left me sore for most of the week so I figured that class was a good substitution for workout D. This week I am already behind the gun in workouts because I woke up yesterday morning with a cough and fever, not ideal for doing anything but laying in the bed under the covers. I am feeling slightly better today but I’m still coughing and achy so unless I feel miraculously great by this afternoon I think this will be another rest day….”sigh”.

This is what I logged on Daily Mile last week it is missing one yoga workout because I know I did two yoga workouts last week but for the life of me I cannot remember what day I did the other yoga workout. Not a bad week but only one run?!??! After the kickboxing class my body what just aching the whole week and I could barely walk let alone run, this week I plan to have at least 3 runs and 3 yoga sessions in addition to the Best Body Bootcamp workouts!
I am now going to go lay in my bed under the covers with the hopes I will be feeling 90% better by tonight!

Great week this past week! It’s been forever since I’ve done kickboxing. I’d be sore too!
Way to rock it! Getting back under the covers sounds like a good idea. I am little sore myself so I might have to do the same thing:)
