Here is my Keep Calm poster:
I happen to love to run but unfortunately my body cannot hold up to daily running so instead I try to do some sort of exercise on a daily basis hence the sweat daily portion of the poster. I always feel calmer after a good sweat session, who doesn’t? I could have a horribly stressful day but I always feel better after a sweat session so my calming advice is to Keep Calm and Sweat Daily!!!
