Yesterday Chris and I rode our bikes 4.5 miles to Jones Beach with Abby to watch the Air Show. We had to walk about a mile from where we parked our bikes to the beach and it was packed but well worth the trip!!!!
I have already run 4 sweaty miles to start off my #RWRunStreak and later today we have a BBQ at my mother-in-law’s house!
