Week 3 ended up being another short running week due to the many aches and pain that I developed from my back being out which caused me have some issues with my gait. I went to the chiropractor on Monday so he could adjust my back and I immediately felt better but my hip and shins still needed time to recover.
I ran at total of 14.37 miles this week. Here is the breakdown:
- Tuesday-Hurdles and speed work with the We Are Athletes Racing Team. I did a 1 mile warm-up followed by 3/4 mile of hurdles and sprints followed by 1 mile of speed work and then a cool down lap.
