good luck with your training, and with the race of course. I am not participating in any races this fall, but probably for the spring…I still have a lot of working-out to do.

Sorry about your shin issues. I’m sure it’s incredibly frustrating but you were really smart in using the elliptical instead of running. You’ll be stronger for it.
