2013 has not started out as I planned. I have been sick since Thursday and this cold just doesn’t want to go away 🙁 This Saturday is my 35th birthday and I PLAN to be better, that is when my year is officially going to start!!!
In addition to all my 2013 goals that I posted on Real Health, I plan to add one more:
Build My Immunity!!!
- I have stocked up on my vitamins and filled my daily planner.
- I am drinking Shakeology with extra Spirulina daily.
- I am trading out most of my coffee intake for green tea.
- I am adding lots of fruits and veggies into my diet, aiming for 5-7 servings/day.
- I am also drinking Cheribundi and EmergenC daily.
I am open to any other suggestions that you have for me to build up my immunity, because I am sick of being sick.
What are your goals for 2013??
