I am starting out my New Year with the Commitment Run in NYC!!!!
I made a Commitment for this year when I signed up for the run:
In addition to running the marathon, in 2013 I COMMIT to:
- Making healthier choices EVERYDAY, not just the weekdays, by adding 5-7 servings of fruit/veggies into my daily diet.
- Creating a balanced workout plan, not just running. I do not want any injuries in 2013.
- Spending as much time with my family and friends as possible.
- Pursuing my passions in life!!!
- Blogging and Vlogging on a regular basis!!!!
What do you plan to COMMIT to in 2013???
