I am finally feeling better after being sick for 8 days with pneumonia. My endurance is slowly coming back and I actually had my first real workout in over 2 weeks yesterday!!!

Glad you are better!! You sound like you are motivated for a lot of great things. Good luck with all your future endeavors !! Wish you were doing the marathon this year. I liked following your training as I was. Hopefully in 2014 I will be doing some marathon, Philly is my next stop or MCM. Will virtual train with you then!!
Thanks Diane. I may still do a marathon this year, but not NYC. It depends on how am am feeling, but considering it has almost been 5 months since I was running regularly I dont want to push myself back into an injury. Good luck with your marathon training!

Hugs! I’m glad you’re feeling better! I don’t juice, but I do have protein smoothies every morning with banana, berries, and spinach with protein powder. My regular ol’ blender works fine for that.
