Working out at Work #RealHealth

I haven’t found that 25th hour yet, have you???

Any amount of exercise I can add into my day leaves me with more time to do everything else I have to do!!!  Studies have shown that three 10 minute bursts of exercise can be just as effective as a 30 minute workout, plus it relieves the pressure to fit in a 30 minute workout every single day.  I think any amount of exercise is better than none!!!

I am really lucky that I work from home, but when I was still in an office, I either worked out before work or during lunch and then just ate at my desk. It can be challenging, but I agree with you that any movement is better than none.
