I haven’t posted about my favorite items in awhile, so since I am loving quite a few things this week I thought I would share them with all of you!!!!
First up is my new Sportline Plank + Ab Station!!!
This item is awesome!!! It makes working your abs feel like a piece of cake, okay, maybe not a piece of cake, but definitely more comfortable. I have been participating in a #plankaday on Twitter (I usually forget the tweet it, but have been pretty consistent with my daily planks) and this plank station makes it much more comfortable for my forearms, which allows me to hold the plank longer.
I also get lower back pain and neck pain when I perform any type of ab work on my back, which leaves me neglecting my ab work. When I use the Ab + Plank Station I can perform all of these exercises pain free!!!
In addition to Abs you can perform a multitude of exercises utilizing the Ab + Plank Station including: push-ups, lunges, and back-extensions.
I have another Ab mat, but it doesn’t even compare to this one!! You can check out all it’s features on the Sportline website.
You can also follow Sportline on Twitter and Facebook.
Next up is NuttZo!!!
NuttZo!!! What can I say about NuttZo??? It is filled with a bunch of amazing nuts and seeds, is absolutely delicious and it is organic!!!! This is going to be hard to keep around the house for long, when I opened the jar I ate quite a few spoonfuls before putting it in the fridge. If you like nut butter, you will LOVE NuttZo!!!!
Check them out on their website, Facebook and Twitter!
Lastly are my Nike Flyknit Sneakers!!
Yes, I am running again!!!! These sneakers, which I got from Nike last September, only had a few runs before I got injured. Now that I am running again I have been wearing them and they are awesome!!! Comfortable, light, and just perfect!!! I love the feel of them!!!!
You can check them out on the Nike website.
That is all folks!!! I hope everyone being affected by this “possible” blizzard stays safe this weekend!!!! Have fun, enjoy the snow and stay safe!!!! Everyone not affected just have a great weekend!!!!
What are your favorite things this week!!!
Disclosure: I received the Ab + Plank Mat and the jar of NuttZo for my review, all opinions are my own.

Ohh useful! My forearms sometimes hurt, too. I’d love something to cushion the pressure.

Thanks Brad!
That Sportline looks like a great tool! I get a pinched feeling near my elbows when I’m planking. Thanks for sharing that!

I love plank pads at the gym where the floor is really hard. Otherwise I am LOVING my new New Balance exercise bras that I found yesterday. They are so comfortable!

That plank station looks really interesting. I’m always having to drop to my elbows for my planks because my right wrist gets injured easily, and having something to cushion my bony elbows could be helpful. One of my favorite things this week is my new yoga mat that I bought a few weeks ago. It keeps me from slipping unless I get *really* sweaty.

Love your plank station! Funny how having a piece of equipment makes it more likely that we’ll do certain exercises!
This week I’m loving my SkirtSports Tough Chick skirt and tights combo. I’ll be reviewing it on the blog next Monday!

I have never heard of that plank station. I will have to check it out. I have been hearing a lot about the plank a day challenge. I may need to check this out.. Also, I loved your blog about working out with your husband. I love Saturday runs with my man. We always say “Couples that run together, stay together.” Found your blog via the Fitness Friday blog hop… excited to be a new follower.
Thanks for stopping by, will be checking yours out as well!!!
That ab station looks comfy. That is one thing that bothers me with planks is how uncomfortable my arms feel on the floor.

Love that plank station! I have used pillow’s in the past, but I think your plank station looks so much cooler! Of my own what I love this week, years ago I bought one of those Ab Rollers from an infomercial, and took it out for the first time in years:) I was surprised how great it worked, I used it Tuesday and I am still sore from it:)

I’m pretty much loving anything I get for free. Like free vegan foods. Yum!

That plank pillow looks like it could serve dual purpose as a knee pad for giving my toddler a bath.

I have the plank station too but I been taking care of what I thought was an injury so I haven’t tried it yet. Great review.
