Running!! Now why would I write about running??? Actually, the reason I have remained quiet on the running front is that I actually have been running and I have been running relatively pain free!!! I battled a knee issue that has now seemed to have subsided for the most part, uphill still irks it a little, but it seems to be lessening day by day.
I have actually been running three times a week, mostly with Chris, about 3 miles at a time. The runs are usually relatively slow and steady, no Gamin to speak of and no competition with myself or anyone else. This has been working great and as I head toward the Moonwalk, a walking marathon, I have been incorporating some power walking into my run too!
In addition to running I signed up for Tina Reale’s Best Body Bootcamp!!!
I am loving the workouts so far!!! They are really helping me to push myself further than I have in awhile!!!!
I also started a fresh new customized Fitbook!!!!
I have been a big fan of Fitbook since they started!! As much as I love technology, there is just something about writing down my food and workouts. I love to be able to write notes in the corner and look back on what has worked and what hasn’t worked. These books are my fitness diaries, a place where I can record my accomplishments, failures and personal thoughts.
When I officially launch “Toni”fied Fitness I will be giving one away, so stay tuned for the announcement!!!!!
