My goals for 2014 are coming together, but in order to start 2014 out on a good foot, I need to start making some serious changes. The last six months or so I lost my focus. I have been plagued with migraines and a mild depression ensued, which just caused me to lose all motivation for all activities except running.
In order for me to get to next year's marathon injury free, I need to build up both my strength and flexibility. Run To The Finish's Challenge kicked off on Sunday, and along with it so did my new workout regimen.
I am fed up with feeling blah. I need to really focus on clean eating and losing some of the excess pounds I have gained. My goal in the end is to feel good and have a fitness base to start my journey to the NYC Marathon in 2014.
After completing just a few workouts with Supreme 90 Day, I am clearly aware of how weak I have become from not strength training. My goal is to follow this program completely for the next 90 days, gain much needed strength and feel comfortable enough to run in a sports bra.
I am ready to get strong for 2014!
