Lately, I have not been super motivated to eat clean, despite participating in a challenge with my co-workers that requires a weekly weigh in (which I forgot to do this morning). Yesterday I had a dressing room meltdown (more on that to come later this week) and it made me realize that if I want to lose those pesky extra pounds I have been carrying, I will have to really straighten out my diet. Today I start writing down exactly what I am eating so that I can see in black and white what I need to change. Summer is around the corner and I want to look good in my bikini!
