I am so excited to announce that for the next 12 weeks I will be working with Fit Approach and Lorna Jane by participating in the Lorna Jane Fit Challenge.
This challenge runs February to May and it is the perfect way to commit to getting a fitter and healthier body by Spring. I am currently training for a spring marathon, but I know that this challenge will be the perfect addition to my running plan. Lorna Jane is the epitome of healthy living and she has been working on this 12-week program over the past few months so that she can motivate others to live a healthy life too. It is Lorna Jane’s philosophy that when you Move your body daily, Nourish your body both inside and out and Believe anything is possible, you can commit to being the best version of yourself. This is a totally doable program that includes goal planning, a meal plan, recipes and 20-40 minute workouts. The workouts are suitable for all ages and fitness levels and can be done anywhere at any time, they do not require any equipment, just a towel, timer and water bottle. I am a week late starting due to a stomach virus that has run rampant through my house. It is pretty clear my immune system hates me and wants me to be sick, so I will be working on fixing that too.
