Happy Summer all! I am so happy it is the first day of Summer because I am looking forward to the heat without any possible of snow!!! By the time it snows here on Long Island again I will be warm and snug in Tampa Bay.
Last week workout wise was okay. Due to work and an aching knee I did not get to every workout in the challenge, but I am still feeling good and getting strong! I am not aiming for perfection, but progress. I am definitely eating better and it is making a big difference in my energy levels and workouts!
Here is the breakdown:
- Monday: Rest
- Tuesday: Rooftop Yoga in the city hosted by Shoebuy. My friend Crystal and I attended this event (recap to come) and it included an hour of yoga. Let me tell you this workout was awesome! By Thursday I could barely move.
Yoga was followed a strength workout & 15 minute fat burn run, 1.7 miles. It was a pretty active day!
