So I have been quiet this week about my training and mostly it is because there is none happening right now. Sadly I injured my leg during my long run 3 weeks ago and have been unable to run since. While I am 95% better than I was when it happened I am still having some pain. Where does that leave me?? It leaves me unsure if I will be able to run or run/walk the marathon next week. I keep hoping I will wake up pain free and perfect, but each day that passes that I still have an ache of pain my hope diminishes. So, the plan is to head to New York with Team ASICS and hope I can participate in the marathon.
On a happier note yesterday I received the most of package from ASICS!!!

It was like Christmas in October!!! I also received my official Ambassador package too, which I will show you on Instagram later today! I cannot wait to wear every single piece of gear, especially the awesome NYC Marathon Sneakers!!!! Every single piece is getting packed in my bag for my big trip to NYC in one week!!!!!
