Through the holiday season I will probably only be blogging about once a week, I will return to a more regular schedule in January! I just need to take some time for me and my family! The past week and a half I have been pretty much eating, drinking and having fun with my in-laws who were visiting from NY!
We spent our time at Busch Gardens, eating out and shopping! I even got my first coach bag and wallet courtesy of my in-laws as an early Christmas present!
Our time with them went way too fast and I can out wait until they come back to visit, although there will definitely be much less eating and drinking next time!
I had meal planned for the week they came in and did pretty well for breakfast and lunch on the days I worked, but dinners and other meals were whatever I felt like having despite the calorie and fat content. I also started PIYO on the 2nd, but unfortunately the consistency hasn't been there. I won't make excuses but with family visiting and work, my time has been limited. Basically the rest of the year I am going to focus on doing what I can, when I can!
Bowflex has a great 12 Days of Fitness challenge for the holiday season going on right now! Each day's workout takes about 10 minutes a day to complete so there is no excuse not to fit it in. I plan to start the challenge on Monday!
