Bosu Ball workouts are no joke. Stability training is not utilized enough. Even though I have strengthened my core tremendously over the last few months, you can still see my struggle to stay balanced on the Bosu. I know this workout is going to make my core even stronger!!! Let me know if you give it a try!!!!
