Pouline, I have been working out to your butt bible on comcast, I have been doing it almost everyday for the past 3 months, I have lost 50 pounds and I am starting to look very fit, I have been told… I need to have your dvd’s since your no longer on comcast…went from 190 to 140! Feeling great, your a great motivator for me.
