Today was one of those days I really did not want to run, I worked all morning, my body was tired and I just didn’t want to go out for a 5 mile training run. I decided I was going to give it a shot anyway so as soon as I got home from work I threw on my running gear, tied up my shoes and headed out the door because I knew if I gave myself anytime to think I would not have gone.
I completed the run in 46:37 and it was rough running the whole way but I pushed through and finished!

- Mile 3: 9:12
- Mile 4: 9:46
- Mile 5: 9:11
Today is the end of week four of my half-marathon training plan and I feel I am right on target to meet my goal. Here is the recap:
- Monday: Yoga
- Tuesday: 6 mile tempo run in 53:44 (avg. pace 8:57/mile)
- Wednesday: 4 miles in 38:12 (avg. pace 9:33 mile)
- Thursday: Yoga
- Friday: 9 miles in 1:23 (avg. 9:13 mile)
- Saturday: Rest
- Sunday: 5 miles (avg. pace 9:18)
A great week overall!!! Tomorrow is an easy 3 miler hopefully outside. I hope everyone had a great weekend!!!
