I woke up today and my shins are both still slightly sore . Sore shins mean no running, rest and ice……not ideal but I am running The Jelly Bean virtual run tomorrow and I want to be able to run it pain free!! Check out my bib for the race:
I just have to add in my name and bib number and I’ll be ready to race (I also have to color mine since I only have a black and white printer). I will let you know how I do when I get back from Atlantic City.
Yoga is done, my legs are wrapped in Arctic Ease and I am feeling pretty good. I am off to pack for Atlantic City, we will be back late on Wednesday. I have a great guest post scheduled for tomorrow’s blog post that I think everyone will enjoy so don’t forget to check it out.
