Today is day one of my quest for the six-pack abs, I started the Supreme 90 Day program today and I plan to follow the workout program as directed for a full 90 days. I am also following the guidelines they have for the diet which is written by Tosca Reno. Basically the diet consists of eating clean every 3 hours for a total of 5-6 meals per day. Basically the foods I will be eating are lean proteins, complex carbs, vegetables, fruits, and healthy fats. I will be avoiding most processed foods, sugar, alcohol (at least for the first 3 weeks, then only once a week) and refined flour as much as possible. I will be drinking at least 12 glasses of water a day and green tea. I am going to cut back on my coffee intake only drinking it black and once or twice a week and I will also be decreasing my seltzer intake to once a day. I will be using my Fitbook to track my progress and every 4 weeks I will be checking my complete stats and sharing them with you.
