I have completed week 3 of the Supreme 90 Day workouts and I am seeing great changes in my body. I have muscles that I didn’t even know existed. Here is my week 3 recap:
A good week except for the fact that my knee is still bothering me. Orthopedist here I come.
Diet wise I did great until Friday. My husband was off and we went to the beach:
We had eggs for breakfast (not so bad), a roast beef hero for lunch (with salads-potato and tortellini), and Nick’s Pizza for dinner (salad, eggplant with mozzarella cheese, pizza with fresh garlic, and chicken with broccoli). All delicious but not so clean, plus I had focaccia bread with olive oil pre-dinner.
Saturday was good until we went out for dinner-we had steak tidbits with fries and pastrami with swiss sliders with fresh potato chips. Plus beer. Not so good.
Sunday we had grilled chicken (great choice), sausage with peppers and onions on a roll, and salads (potato, macaroni and lettuce). Not so good but not so bad. Well, Monday is a new day and eating clean is a process. Holiday weekends are rough, but moving on is a priority. If you mess up and eat bad (like I have all weekend) you move on to the next meal and eat good. Easier said than done. We are all human and cannot be perfect at all times so if we eat bad for a few meals we then need to get over it move on, eating better at the next meal.
