Beachbody 30 Day Challenge

Here I go!!!  For the next 30 days I will participating in a 30 day Beachbody Challenge thanks to my Beachbody Coach Maria!!!  I will be following the Slim & Shape program using the Brazil Butt Lift workouts.  I am committed to following this program completely for 30 days and with the exception of Thanksgiving I plan to keep my diet clean.  I will also be including one Shakeology shake per day in place of either breakfast or lunch.

I have a habit of starting programs and then just giving up after a week or two, but this time I will complete the entire program if it kills me.  What makes this time different?

  1. I have my Beachbody Coach Maria, who also participating in the challenge, as source of support.
  2. I am putting my measurements and before and after photos in this post for everyone to see and I would be disappointed in myself if after 30 days I have no results to show because I gave up.
  3. I am ready to make a change.
Here are my before pics that my supportive husband took of me yesterday:

I will be posting a weekly recap of my workouts and weight loss.  At 30 days I will post my “after” pics and measurements.  I can use all the support and motivation I can get while taking this 30 day journey!  Comment on my blog, tweet me, stop by my Facebook page or friend me on Daily Mile and send me your support!

    Hey good luck! I hope you have fun with the challenge and I can’t wait to see your results. Just a question…how did you figure out your body fat? It seems too high for your height and weight.

      Thanks!! The body fat was from my scale…probably not too accurate but my husband always get like 18-20% for him so I figure I would just put it down. We will see if changes after 30 days.

    All the best to you Toni! I KNOW you can do it. I’m on day 43 of my P90X challenge and it is longest I have gone with such a commitment. And I am older, fatter and bigger than you! So you can do it. Keep us posted. The BeachBody programs are great.
