Week 6 was a rough one for me because I started the week sick and pretty much never got better 🙁 I pushed through workout after workout and did as much as I could. Besides being sick I am trying to rebuild my running base and when I start running all other workouts suffer. I only have 2 more weeks left of the Best Body Bootcamp which has been awesome but I am glad it is coming to an end because balancing running, bootcamp and yoga has proved to be difficult. After bootcamp is officially over I look forward to running more, doing yoga more and adding in the bootcamp workouts when I can to keep my body strong, hopefully I will find a good balance.
Not a bad week considering I was sick. This week will also be a challenge because I am going away to the Rocking Horse Ranch on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. My plans are to workout while at the ranch and considering the activities available I do not think I will have a problem.
