I haven’t found that 25th hour yet, have you???
Any amount of exercise I can add into my day leaves me with more time to do everything else I have to do!!! Studies have shown that three 10 minute bursts of exercise can be just as effective as a 30 minute workout, plus it relieves the pressure to fit in a 30 minute workout every single day. I think any amount of exercise is better than none!!!
How do you work in working out throughout the workday????
