Life takes us in many directions and changing those directions at various times is good for our sanity and well being. I have many new things in the works, one being “Toni”fied Fitness, that will change my course for the better. Thanks for being patient with my short hiatus. The last two weeks have been busy and stressful, to say the least. Rather than give you poor quality posts I decided to take a short break.
