I will start on Monday! Why Monday? It is the beginning of the week, it signifies a new beginning, it signifies a start. While I don;t necessarily agree with this mentality, I do tend to start things on Monday. Today is no different.
Today I begin my regular hours at my new job, which means working nights. The positive, I will have lots of time during the day for school, running, working out, cleaning and cooking. I am also working only four days a week, which leaves me with three full days off!!!! The negative, I won’t get to see my family in the afternoon four days a week. I am excited and nervous all at the same time, but I am loving the place I work and the people I work with, so all is good!!!!
I started today with organizing my calendar with my work schedule, blog posts, meal plans and exercise schedule. I also organized my pantry and kitchen cabinets. I am feeling pretty accomplished!
This Monday is a new start and I am looking forward to it being the last as I move forward into 2014.
Do you like starting new things off on Monday?

I love Mondays for this very reason! Even if I’m not starting something new per se, it’s still a new start with a fresh outlook. 🙂

I love starting things on Monday. It just feels like that’s naturally when something new should start. You’re so organized – I love it!
