When I practiced yoga daily I felt great! Not only did my body feel good, but so did my mind. I had less injuries, better flexibility and was less stressed. I mentioned this to my running coach, Jess, and she suggested we add it to my training schedule so this challenge with Sweatpink & prAna came at the perfect time! Despite my shoulder issue, which I am working on, I am looking forward to getting back into my yoga practice. I will be doing some sort of yoga for 30 days starting 2/2/15 and I will modify the poses to accommodate my shoulder injury. If I can do it so can you!!! When I think about yoga, the first thought that comes to mind is peace. Yoga relaxes (verb) me and makes me feel peaceful. (noun).
That’s why I am SO excited (adjective) to participate in prAna’s Take The Leap 30 days of Yoga Challenge with Sweat Pink. I plan to crow (yoga pose) my way to a more relaxing (adjective) and fulfilling (adjective) 2015!
For me, the biggest challenge when it comes to yoga is consistency. Taking the Leap with prAna and Sweat Pink is a great way for me to face/ conquer / achieve / find consistency in my practice (same challenge / or be creative!).
My favorite place to yoga is on a beach (noun) because it is so peaceful (adj).
