This week was challenging mostly because I returned to work full time. I would love to say I did every single workout because there are no excuses, but I can’t. I didn’t realize how exhausted I would be after not working for a month and it definitely affected my workouts. My goal was to get in as many quality workouts in for the week as I could and that is what I did!!!

- Wednesday 9/16/15: Rest; I worked and then we went to a Yankees game at the Tampa Bay Rays Stadium. Baseball is so much more fun live, don’t you think?

- Friday 9/18/15: Treadmill, 7 miles
I had an adventurous long run with these ladies today! We hiked through a secret path to the park and even ziplined! I had a lot of fun, a little bit of adventure and a lot of great conversation! - Sunday 9/20/15: Long Run, 3 hours, approx: 15 miles
- Total Miles: 24.75 miles
Considering it was my first full week of work I think I did pretty good. I wanted to get in another day at OTF, but it just didn’t happen. My long run was actually my favorite run of the week and you can see why by checking out my Long Run Adventures post.
