This recap is a hard one, mostly because there wasn’t much running happening these last two weeks. During my week 11 long run I tweaked something in my right leg. I ended up not running until the following Sunday where I ended up doing a four hour, 17 mile run/walk. Unfortunately, the last two miles of this run were walking because I was in pain.
