Thanks to Quest Hero Bars I created this awesome 20 Minute Full Body, No Equipment Tabata Workout for everyone. I love working out and I wanted to create a workout that everyone could do (with your doctor’s approval first of course). This workout will definitely leave you hot and sweaty, in addition to hungry! My new favorite way to refuel after an intense workout is with the new Quest Hero Protein Bars.
Quest Hero Protein Bars offer three flavors: Chocolate Caramel Pecan, Vanilla Caramel, and Blueberry Cobbler. Blueberry Cobbler is my personal favorite. Each bar contains 15-17 grams of protein which is great for post workout recovery. It also only nets 4 grams of carbs due to rare sugar, allulose. Allulose is found in things like figs and raisins, but it is very different from regular sugar as it is virtually calorie free…..sounds like a win to me. I mean if 3-time Olympic Gold Medalist Gabby Douglas loves them, then they are definitely at least worth a try….right?
Now about that workout……..what’s awesome about the workout I created is that it essentially requires no equipment. I would recommend a mat, but you can use a towel or lay on a rug or just a regular floor……although I would recommend something with padding as to not hurt your back while doing the abdominal work.
This is a no excuse workout. It can be done anywhere and it only takes 20 minutes, 25 minutes if you include rest between each Tabata. Check out the video below for a demo of each Tabata cycle and be sure to pin the workout image for later use!!!!
