A Training Plan is Born
My Half-Marathon Training officially started yesterday, exactly 12 weeks until the Diva's Half-Marathon and 8 weeks until the Virginia Beach Rock'N'Roll Half-Marathon. Perfect timing if I say so myself and it was completely unplanned, I actually thought I was closer to 10 weeks so this works out much better.
