This week was challenging mostly because I returned to work full time. I would love to say I did every single workout because there are no excuses, but I can’t. This past week was both good and bad. Labor Day Weekend we spent Sunday and Monday in Disney, which was loads of fun even though it monsooned on Saturday as soon as we arrived.
